What Is The HCG Diet?

HCG is Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, a bioidentical hormone naturally produced by the body during pregnancy.

HCG allows the body to release adipose fat cells and process them as energy, using the fat as fuel, so you don’t feel tired and sluggish like traditional diets make you feel. The mobilization of hCG helps to reset metabolism, protect your body’s beneficial fat and prevent muscle tissue from breaking down.

How much weight will I lose with the HCG Weight Loss Diet?
HCG helps people lose weight fast, with many patients losing over 20 pounds each month. Fiber intake is extremely important, as is water intake. We will provide you with an approved food list as well as a shopping list. Following the protocol is essential to this program.

Will I be hungry on the HCG diet? 
Because of its affect on the hypothalamus, hunger is also decreased with the HCG hormone. Dieters will often feel as though they are stuffing themselves in order to reach that 500-700 calorie limit.

How is the HCG Diet plan structured? 
Our  30-day program includes an initial consultation in which we will discuss your individual goals and ensure that you are an ideal candidate for this diet, 4 weekly visits for weigh-ins and coaching, 30 Daily HCG injections or sublingual tablets, continuous support including recipes. After you have completed your initial HCG cycle, we will transition you into Phase 3 for stabilization.
